Mr. Faisal Javed has extensive experience in all areas of corporate law including SEC Compliance and Capital Markets.

Mr. Javed’s practice focuses on public and private Capital Market Transactions, Regulatory Disclosures and Compliance and General Corporate matters. He routinely advises and provides representation to public and private company clients in connection with governance, securities and compliance matters. With a focus on appellate litigation related to Complex Commercial Litigation, Mr. Javed has successfully represented clients before regulators and Courts.

In addition to his Corporate Law Practice, he also counsels on Intellectual Property Law, Consumer Protection Laws, and Energy and Natural Resources.
