Mr. Tariq Mushtaq Gajana is a Senior Partner at TMG.

Mr. Gajana focuses his practice on Corporate and Civil Law. His Experience also includes advising clients on corporate matters, contracts, contract management, civil Litigation and general corporate governance matters.
He regularly advises Companies and their top management on a wide variety of corporate matters including general corporate, contracts, Securities, SECP reporting and Compliance, and governance matters. He has more than 22 years of experience in representing and advising domestic and international clients on a wide variety of corporate matters. In addition to his law firm and in-house practice, Tariq has served as legal and strategic adviser to leading business houses of the country. He represents clients from a full spectrum of industries before regulators, Courts of First Instance and appellate forums in matters related to complex commercial litigation. He combines experience in a full spectrum of complex transactions with a practical commercial sensibility to serve clients efficiently.
Mr. Gajana has been a visiting lecturer at ‘Quaid-e-Azam Law College’ and ‘Pakistan College of Law’ of law graduate program in Corporate and Civil Procedure Laws.
Mr. Gajana also regularly consults on entertainment, sports and media transactional matters with an emphasis on limiting clients' litigation exposure.
